Coalition Mission
On January 20, 2001 George W. Bush, appointed in an illegitimate process by the Supreme Court, will become 43rd President of the United States. On that same day, hundreds of thousands of citizens will bring their Majority Demand for Fairness and Justice to Washington D.C. and other cities around the nation.

On December 18, 2000 Rev. Jesse Jackson joined forces with religious and civic leaders here in L.A. to organize our voices in Harmony with this National Rejection of False Democracy. We are asking — join your voice to ours in this Day of Democratic Action.

Plan to attend meetings and work with us to express the Truth That Will Not Concede —

No Vote — No Justice — No Bush Agenda!

DEMOCRACY
Because Bush will be the legal president, but not a legitimate one. Only the majority vote should decide this election, not the Supreme Court, or the electoral college.

RACISM
Because people of color, especially African-Americans, were prevented from excercising their right to vote by police checkpoints and intimidation.

RIGHT-WING AGENDA
Because Bush represents a step backwards on issues like abortion rights, a living wage, affirmative action, civil rights, campaign finance reform, the death penalty, the environment and immigrant rights.
